ORDERS, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept a variety of payment methods, including debit/credit cards, digital wallets, UPI and net banking to ensure you have a seamless checkout experience.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We currently ship to all locations pan-India.

  • How long will my order take to reach me?

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days of placing it (Note: This may vary depending on your pin code).

  • Do you charge a shipping fee?

    Guess what! We offer free shipping for prepaid orders!

  • Do you ship to locations outside India/ internationally?

    Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to international locations.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation on email/WhatsApp with your tracking details. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
    IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect shipments once they’re in transit. Orders with incorrect addresses may be returned and will incur re-shipping charges.



  • I received a message saying the delivery has failed. What does this mean?

    Our delivery partner will make up to three attempts. If undelivered, your package will be returned to us. A re-delivery request will require a fresh shipping fee.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • How do I return a product?

    We have a 14-day exchange and return window from the date of delivery for all eligible products.  Read more about how to exchange/ return your products here: https://cynili.com/policies/refund-policy

  • How long will my refund take?

    Refunds are processed after the returned item undergoes a quality check at our warehouse. Timelines may vary based on shipping and bank/ payment gateway processing. We estimate a refund timeline (after the returned item reaches us) of two days.

SIZING

  • Should I size up or down?

    All our garments are made true to size. If you find a variance in the size chart, we recommend sizing up for comfort. This may also allow for better layering in the mountains.

  • Do you provide sizing assistance?

    Yes. Getting the size right not only matters on how the garment looks on you but also how it performs outdoors. If you would like us to help you choose what size would be perfect for you, do call us/ chat with us on +91-9323104572.

  • Will the garments shrink after washing?

    No. Our fabrics will not shrink. Rest assured, they will stay true to size.

PRODUCTS

  • What fabrics and material are used for Cynili apparel?

    Our apparel is made from high quality materials that are lightweight, durable and versatile, to ensure that you are comfortable as well as protected when you are in the outdoors. Our fabric is imported and we manufacture locally, to have control over design and comfort, keeping you, our customers front and centre.

  • How should I care for these garments, and are there any special wash and care instructions?

    Wash in cold water, using a mild detergent, and air dry your garment. Do not iron. We want your garment to last as long as your tryst with adventure does!

  • When will you have more products?

    Our team is busy researching and testing new product ideas constantly (while we’re not trekking!). Subscribe to Cynili, so you will get a heads up on our new product announcements.

  • Are Cynili products sold on other platforms?

    No. Currently, we sell only through our website, and not on other e-commerce platforms.

  • What do I do if I receive damaged or incorrect products?

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will require some additional information, such as photos and detailed descriptions. Following that we will begin the replacement or refund process.

  • How do I create an account?

    You can create an account by clicking the profile icon at the top of the page. It takes less than a minute, just enter your email, set a password, and you’re ready to explore Cynili.

  • Do I need to create an account to place an order?

    Creating an account will make your purchase experience smoother. It will also allow you to track orders, view your purchase history, and check out faster next time.

  • I forgot my password. What should I do?

    We understand that these things happen. Just click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link we send you

  • How will my data be used?
