Hi. Thanks for shopping with Cynili! We’ve received your order and we’re getting it ready for shipment. We’ll notify you when it’s on its way. While you plan your next trek with your new gear, here's more on how we provide quick and efficient shipping for our customers.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all orders within India. Unfortunately, we currently do not provide international shipping.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 working hours after placing your order. 

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-7 business days.

Shipping to some remote areas may take 8-10 days. (in some cases due to unavoidable circumstances or in remote locations it might take longer.)

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

SHIPPING DELAYS
