Hi. Thanks for shopping with Cynili! We understand and accommodate returns due to  size issues, or maybe even a change of mind...whatever your reason we have a simple and customer friendly return policy to help you out.

We have a 14-day exchange and return window from the date of delivery for all eligible products.

EXCHANGES

We provide a complimentary, one-time exchange on any style, size, or colour to ensure your perfect fit and satisfaction.

To initiate your exchange, ensure you fill up the exchange form accurately. Please note: exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Once we receive your package, a quality check of the product will be conducted at our warehouse before we dispatch your exchange. You’ll be notified as soon as your new item is on its way.

The difference in the exchange amount (if any) will be credited back in the form of store credit or to your original payment method (Card/ UPI/ Net Banking)

RETURN PICK-UP AND SHIPPING OPTIONS

We want our customers to be happy. Our 14-day easy returns policy is here to support you. 

To initiate your return, ensure you clearly fill up the returns form and provide as many details as possible. There are two simple ways to return products:

  1. Doorstep pick-up. We offer a return pick-up  at most locations across India. A flat fee of  ₹150 will be applied for all returns. This fee covers the shipping costs for returning products to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Service availability is subject to updates from our courier partners.

  2. If you prefer to ship the product back to us or if we do not offer a reverse pick-up at your pin code, you can courier the item back to our warehouse.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND AFTER A RETURN?

We offer two refund options for your convenience:

  1. Store credit: Processed after successful return pick-up and quality check at our warehouse. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website. Estimated refund timeline: 2 days Note: If you choose to self-ship your return, standard refund timelines do not apply.

  1. Refund to Original Payment Method

Refunds are processed after the returned item undergoes a quality check at our warehouse. Timelines may vary based on shipping and bank/ payment gateway processing. Estimated refund timeline after the returned item reaches us: 2 days

To be eligible for an exchange or return, please make sure of the following:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in re-sellable condition

  • Products must be in their original condition with all original tags, and packaging intact

  • Packaging should not be damaged, broken, opened or tampered with

  • You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase

  • All promotional items shipped along with the purchased item must be returned

  • All products are to be securely packed to ensure there are no damages or loss of parts during transit.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and free size products. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
